PORK LOIN | |
4 lb. boneless center cut pork loin roast 4 tbsp. salad oil GLAZE: 2 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. molasses 1 tsp. pepper Brown roast well on all sides in oil. Transfer to roasting pan, cover and cook 3 hours in 350 degree oven, brushing twice with glaze. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. |
