MEXICAN CHICKEN 
2 or more whole chicken breasts, cooked and boned
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chicken broth
1 can Campbell's cream of mushrooms
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Doritos (nacho)

In double boiler, simmer onions with chicken broth. Add soups and Velveeta cheese until melted. Line a 9 x 13 greased baking dish with Doritos, crushed. Next add pieces of chicken breasts. Pour tomato mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Delicious.
