MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 whole fryer, boiled, deboned and cut up
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut up
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. pkg. Doritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In a 13 x 9 inch greased pan, layer chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder. Add onion, cheese, and 1/2 bag crushed Doritos in layers. Mix tomatoes and soups, pour over chicken. Add remaining Doritos and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
