MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel
Onions
Green peppers
Velveeta cheese
Tortilla chips

Boil and debone chicken. Mix onions, green pepper, mushroom and chicken soup and Rotel.

Layer in baking dish:

1. Chips

2. Chicken

3. Cheese

4. Soup mixture

5. Cheese

6. Crumbled chips

7. Cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
