PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar Sift in glass pie pan. 3 tbsp. water Mix and stir in dry ingredients. Press into 9 inch glass pie pan. FILLING: 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk Mix filling ingredients in order. Pour in pie shell. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 45 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream. |
