It cooked alright but had a really doughy taste. I probably won't make it again, but it worked well for a non yeast dough.

It was a good non-yeast pizza dough. The parts that weren't covered with sauce were a little bland, but I dip my crust in sauce so it was delicious. I used this to make Cheesy Breadsticks, and it was fine. I did have to add more water though.

First time I have ever made pizza, I found that my dough was still sticky so I followed the recipe and added more water, but it made it even stickier so I added more flour and it was grate!!! Tasted very nice, I loved it!!

This was a great no yeast pizza dough. I was able to get the dough as thin as I wanted. After preparing the dough, I sprayed the pizza tin and sprinkled garlic salt on it. This added a great flavor to the pizza. If this recipe did not work well for you, you didn't do it right. Worked awesome for me and tasted good. Cheap too!!!

Also, i put the pizza on a pan, and then halfway through cooking, i took it off and put it on the rack to get the bottom a little crustier.

I've wanted to make a yeastless pizza, because it seems easy. I haven't tried it yet, but plan to very soon! I only buy whole wheat flour, so I hope it works . . .

This recipe was not that great. I baked it according to the directions, yet it was so doughy. I do not recommend this to anyone. The pizza is only big enough for one person-- so don't get your hopes up.

I tried this recipe and while it was cooking I read the comments. I can see how some people were unhappy with it being so thick and biscuit-like, but I think if the dough was spread out thin enough it would be absolutely fine. Personally, I like my pizza dough to be thick anyways! I think this recipe is great for a basic, yeast-free pizza dough. It was not hard to make at all but I did have a little bit of trouble getting it to stay; I added a 1/4 cup more of water a little at a time.

Thank you to the people who suggested "garlic butter," I didn't know how to make it and I tried it on my pizza. Here's what I did and it ended up tasting really great! Made the recipe according to instructions given- added a bit more water. Used margarine and garlic powder (I didn't know if i was supposed to melt the butter first and put it on so I just took it right out of the fridge and slathered it on, added garlic powder on top) then parm cheese. Put in the oven for 7-8 minutes. Took it out, added Spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce (so good - seriously, try it!! family secret ;)) added more parm, old cheese and bacon. Wasn't sure how long to cook it for and had some difficulty because it does not brown up, so I probably cooked it for 18 minutes on top of the previous 8. Great recipe, definitely recommend it!

We liked it a lot. I added some grated parmesan cheese (3 tbsp) to the dough. It was topped w/ mozzarella, tomato sauce, mushrooms, asparagus, dried tomatoes, olive oil and some more Parmesan. I took it off the pan and put it onto the oven rack for the last 5 minutes. Really tasty and super easy on a Friday night.

How thin do you roll the crust? Do you bake the crust first? If not should I brush olive oil on it before the sauce? All in all this was an okay pizza dough.

I'm not sure what the people who are complaining about this recipe expected. Without yeast, it was never going to be like real pizza dough and it's very unrealistic to expect it to be.

As a quick, straight forward, easy to make, cheap alternative it was absolutely fine. Put lots of nice toppings on (I put put tomato puree, mushrooms, tomato, chorizo, mozzarella, garlic, onion and cheddar on ours) it was a combination of store cupboard ingredients and stuff I bought in our local cheap cheap cheap supermarket. It fed both of us, fairly substantially, for about £1 each. what more could you ask for?
