Here's my variation:

2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
half tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk (better than water)

THATS IT!! NO OIL AND IT IS SOO GOOD!

Made calzones. Saute onions and mushrooms, put in cheese and cream cheese. Yummm!

Decent, but needs more flavor. I guess I should have added some myself but if I was that good I wouldn't have needed the recipe :)

This was a great recipe, similar to pastry dough. I'm 14 years old n I had made this for a family dinner without any help, and it worked out perfectly, although it did not take long to bake, since the oven was on 400°F. I recommend this recipe, its super easy to make!

Good as is good for a pinch when you don't have yeast.

I have been using this recipe for quite sometime now and I find that it works well with different flour variations. I went gluten free and it even works with Brown Rice Flour, it was so good.

I made it with baking soda and the prep was super easy. It did however taste exactly like a pretzel. My boyfriend and I called it the pretzel pizza. It would probably be really good with baking powder. I did pre-bake it for about five minutes and would recommend doing that.

This worked just fine for an impulsive late-night pizza with no yeast on hand... I think the criticisms are too extreme; I was able to roll the dough out thin enough to be crispy, and it is better than it should be for the very basic ingredients it contains.

Great no yeast dough! Brushed the crust with a little olive oil, kosher salt, minced garlic and black pepper. The thinner the better, thanks for the recipe!!!!

This is the most bland crust I've ever made.

Eh! It worked in a pinch I'll give it that. The kids liked it and they had fun putting it together. Recipe was enough for two pies. Cooked these out on the grill with a pizza stone...the first one I cooked at 425 for about 3mins, flipped cooked 3 mins more and brought it back inside to top it off with sauce, cheese and peperoni, cooked it maybe 8 minutes more. Kind of doughy to me, again the kids were raving so that counts for something. The second pie I jacked the heat up to 500 cooked 5 mins each side then brushed the edges with olive oil and sprinkled with garlic powder. Added sauce, cheese and peperoni and cooked for maybe 13 minutes. It was much better. Crust had a little texture to it and the garlic powder kicked it up a bit. I guess it's all what kind of taste you have.
