No Yeast Pizza Dough

I've wanted to make a yeastless pizza, because it seems easy. I haven't tried it yet, but plan to very soon! I only buy whole wheat flour, so I hope it works . . .

This was a great no yeast pizza dough. I was able to get the dough as thin as I wanted. After preparing the dough, I sprayed the pizza tin and sprinkled garlic salt on it. This added a great flavor to the pizza. If this recipe did not work well for you, you didn't do it right. Worked awesome for me and tasted good. Cheap too!!!

Also, i put the pizza on a pan, and then halfway through cooking, i took it off and put it on the rack to get the bottom a little crustier.

First time I have ever made pizza, I found that my dough was still sticky so I followed the recipe and added more water, but it made it even stickier so I added more flour and it was grate!!! Tasted very nice, I loved it!!

It was a good non-yeast pizza dough. The parts that weren't covered with sauce were a little bland, but I dip my crust in sauce so it was delicious. I used this to make Cheesy Breadsticks, and it was fine. I did have to add more water though.

It cooked alright but had a really doughy taste. I probably won't make it again, but it worked well for a non yeast dough.

This worked so great! My mother and my mother in-law told me I could NEVER make a decent pizza crust without yeast. But they we're way wrong! And it tastes amazing! :)

This was great! Just made the dough, rolled it out then I filled one side with meat, onions, etc. Folded it in half like a Calzone. It was DELICIOUS!!! Will definitely make this again :o)

I will say this was a quick and easy recipe but even with a lil water to make it softer it was hard to roll out and to make for 1 pizza.
