WHITE SAUCE FOR 10 LBS.
SCALLOPED POTATOES
 
2 qt. milk
2 sticks butter
1 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook 10 pounds potatoes with the skins until done. Cool. Then peel and cube the potatoes. Put milk on to warm. Add butter and let the butter melt. Mix flour, salt and pepper and add to the milk. Stir constantly so it will not scorch. Add Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes, to the sauce. Pour over cubed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes.
