BBQ RIBS 
2 sides spare ribs
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 med. onion
1 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Cut ribs in serving pieces. Combine rest of ingredients except onions for sauce. Place layer of ribs in roasting pan. Slice onion over them and cover with half the sauce, repeat layers. Cover pan and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover last 1/2 hour for browning.
