BBQ BRISKET 
5 lbs. brisket
Meat tenderizer, lightly sprinkled over both sides of brisket

Mix: 1 tsp. seasoning salt 1 tsp. celery salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. lemon pepper

Pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate. Baste or turn every 4 hours for 24 hours. Bake in covered pan in marinade at 200 degrees for 8 to 12 hours. Do not open until baked. Do not add water.
