SUPER BRISKET BARBECUE 
5 lb. beef arm or brisket
Salt both sides
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onions, minced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 sm. bottle liquid smoke
1 sm. bottle Worcestershire

Put all ingredients in plastic bag twist tie and soak overnight. Cook covered at 250 degrees for 6 hours. Drain and save liquid.

Spread 16 ounces or more of favorite barbecue sauce. Cook uncovered at 300 degrees. Combine sauces and meat and crumble meat. Serve on buns - stupendous!
