DANISH HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1 c. cream, sweet or sour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. grated horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar, only if sweet cream is used

Whip cream, add sugar and grated horseradish and salt. Serve very cold.
