HORSERADISH SAUCE 
1/4 c. bottled horseradish, drained & pressed in strainer with spoon until dry
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 c. Cool Whip or 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream, beaten stiff

Mix drained horseradish, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper together. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Serve with roast beef or pork or with spread on the meat sandwiches.
