HOT DOG STEW 
1 pkg. hot dogs (beef, turkey, chicken)
1 can peas
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. onion (Spanish)
8 med. potatoes
Olive oil
Water you boiled potatoes in
Salt, pepper, celery seed, thyme to taste

Peel, cut, and par boil potatoes. In another pot, cover bottom generously with olive oil over a low heat. Saute cut up hot dogs and onions 5-10 minutes. Next, add potatoes (drained - save potato water). Now add the whole can of peas (water and all) and tomato paste. Stir and add potato water until you reach desired thickness. Now add salt, pepper, celery seed, and thyme to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with hot loaf of Italian bread.
