STUFFED DOGS 
Boil 10 hot dogs or 10 franks until hot (about 5-7 minutes). Slice open lengthwise 3/4 of the way through. Mix up directions for 2 cups instant mashed potatoes or use 2 cups homemade mashed potatoes.

Stuff into slits of hot dogs or franks and place on cookie sheet or microwave tray or plate. Top each stuffed dog with a slice of cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts or microwave on high 1-2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
