16 to 20 hot dogs
8 to 10 sliced cheese
3 to 4 c. mashed potatoes

Boil hot dogs. Split each hot dog 3/4 of the way lengthwise. When split, spoon mashed potatoes on each. Cover mashed potatoes with 1/2 sliced cheese. Heat in oven (350 degrees) until cheese melts.
