BROWNIE RICE FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. cooked brown rice
8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 chopped pear
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)

DRESSING:

1 c. vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. poppy seed

Mix first 6 ingredients together. In separate bowl, prepare dressing. Toss dressing and salad together. Refrigerate and serve cold.
