CHICKEN GINGER 
3 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. sliced & peeled ginger
1 tbsp. Thai fish sauce or 1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sugar

Slice chicken in 3" strips. Put the oil and garlic together and stir until it turns yellow. Put in the chicken and ginger. Stir over medium heat about 3 minutes and add slices of green pepper and onion, fish sauce or salt, soy sauce and sugar. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes. When it is cooked, serve with rice.
