PEACH NOODLE PUDDING 
8 oz. broad egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. can peaches

Cook and drain noodles. Mix together sour cream, eggs, sugar and cottage cheese. Add butter, salt and cinnamon. Mix all together. Drain and cut up peaches. Add to noodle mixture. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Delicious!
