BAKED PEACH PUDDING | |
2 c. sliced peaches, canned, fresh, or frozen 1 c. sugar, if using fresh peaches or 1/2 c. sugar for canned peaches 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Mix these ingredients and place into a 2 quart baking dish, whisk can be slightly buttered. 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. sweet milk 1 c. self rising flour Pour this batter over the fruit. Then pour 1 cup boiling water over this combination. Bake at 300 degrees for about 50 minutes or until batter test is done. Serve while warm, topped with whipped cream or ice cream. |
