1/2 stick butter
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled

Melt butter in casserole. Add pineapple with juice. Mix flour and sugar. Sprinkle over pineapple. Spread cheese over mixture. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
