JELLO PIE 
1 sm. box strawberry jello
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water
Fresh or frozen strawberries
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Cook first 3 ingredients until thick and clear. Let cool for 5-7 minutes. Place strawberries in bottom of pie crust. Pour jello over top. Refrigerate until set.

NOTE: May substitute any other flavor jello and fruit. Peach is great!

Quick, easy, and worked like a champ. There was almost enough glaze for two pies since I crammed the shell full of strawberries but it was delicious.
