BAKED LIMAS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. dried lima beans
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. sour cream

Soak beans overnight; drain. Cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes, or until tender. Drain beans and combine with above ingredients. Fold in sour cream and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
