BLUEBERRY BARS | |
3/4 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 c. dry oatmeal 2 c. drained blueberries Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, mix in flour, salt and soda until well blended, add oatmeal. Press half of the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan: spread blueberries over the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining oatmeal mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting into bars. Makes 24 bars. 158 calories per bar. |
