CHICKEN SUZANNE 
4-6 chicken breast
Salt and pepper
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown in melted butter. Remove chicken to a greased flat casserole dish and add sour cream, and mushroom soup to melted butter. Mix well and pour over chicken breasts. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
