CHICKEN SUZANNE 
4-6 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1 stick butter
1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/2 c. sherry wine
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown in melted butter. Remove chicken to a greased flat casserole dish. Add sour cream, sherry, mushroom soup and buttons to melted butter.

Mix well and pour over chicken breasts. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done. Serves 4-6. Serve with "Wild Rice".
