MARINATED LONDON BROIL (ON
GRILL)
 
15 lb. London Broil (1 to 3-inches thick)

Marinade:

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp. coarse pepper

Mix marinade ingredients well. Poke meat all over on both sides with a large fork so meat will absorb marinade. Place meat in a big roaster and pour marinade over to coat meat. Turn a couple times in a 24 hour period.

Cook on grill approximately 10 minutes on each side. Will be medium rare. Remove and let sit for a few minutes and slice thin.

Note: Serves 30 people. May be cut down to do smaller amount of steaks or roast.
