MARINATED FLANK STEAK OR LONDON
BROIL
 
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry wine
Flank steak about 2 lb.

Make sauce of salt, cinnamon, sugar, soy sauce and sherry wine. Spread sauce on both sides of steak with a large spoon. Let stand for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Put on hot grill, 5 minutes per side. Slice thin on a slant and serve.
