BREAKFAST BURRITOS 
2 eggs
Pinch basil
Grated cheese
Chopped onion
Green pepper
1/2 c. milk
Pinch sage
1 flour tortilla
Salsa

Whip by hand the eggs and milk. Add seasonings to taste. Pour egg mixture into buttered omelette pan, and cook as for an omelette over medium heat. As the egg thickens, add chopped onion, pepper, salsa and cheese to taste. Place flour tortillas on top of cheese and continue to cook on medium heat. Cover the pan. When egg is cooked and tortilla is attached, flip onto plate, roll with tortilla on outside. Top with salsa.
