FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
3 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk

FIRST LAYER - Combine flour, butter and nuts. Pat into large cake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER - Whip cream cheese and powder sugar, fold in one cup whipped topping and spread on top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER - Mix pudding and milk as directed, spread on top of second layer.

4TH LAYER - Spread remaining topping over third layer. Top with nuts, refrigerate until ready to serve.
