1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nutmeats

2ND LAYER:

1 pkg. dark chocolate pudding
1 3/4 c. milk

3RD LAYER:

1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

4TH LAYER:

1 pkg. Dream Whip
Slivered almonds

Combine first layer ingredients and cut together as for pie crust. Press into 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Combine chocolate pudding and milk. Cook, cool and pour over crust.

Combine ingredients for third layer. Cook and cool. Then prepare Dream Whip and fold in 1 cup. Pour over chocolate layer. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup slivered almonds.
