SUPREME FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 stick butter (not melted)
1 1/2 c. flour, mix until mealy

1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Mix with hands and put in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

SECOND LAYER:

Take 8 ounce cream cheese, and whip one cup of confectioner's sugar. Blend well and add 1/2 container of large Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER:

Mix 2 boxes, any flavor, instant pudding mix (small boxes), 3 cups milk, beat and pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and spread with nuts and cherries. The nuts and cherries can be optional. Let set for 3 or 4 hours.
