POLISH SAUSAGE SUPPER 
4 lg. potatoes, washed, sliced and fried; drained
Onion, quartered and separated
Bell peppers, sliced
1 - 2 pkg. polish sausage, sliced
3 - 4 cans ranch style beans

In large pan saute onion, peppers and sausage. Cook together until heated. Stir in beans; add fried potatoes and toss lightly.
