MOCK SALMON MOUSSE | |
1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. water 1 can tomato soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, water packed, drained & flaked 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped 2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped 1 c. mayonnaise A few drops of Tabasco sauce 5 1/2 c. mold needed Dissolve gelatin in water. Heat soup in pan (to warm). Add gelatin. Put cream cheese and tuna in bowl. Add soup and gelatin mix. Add rest of ingredients. Mix in mixer briefly. Spray mold pan with Pam (5 1/2 cup mold needed). Place mixture in mold and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with crackers, black bread or vegetables. |
