PLAIN ROLL DOUGH 
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 beaten eggs
7 1/2 to 8 c. four

Scald milk in microwave or stove top. Add butter, sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to above. Add eggs and 1/2 of the flour. Beat well. Add remaining flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Put in covered bowl in warm place to rise to double in size. Punch down. Rise again and make into desired shapes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
