HAMBURGER PIE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (9") unbaked pastry shell

Saute beef and onion in butter until onion is soft. Blend in flour; salt and pepper. Blend milk, eggs and Worcestershire sauce together; add 1 cup of cheese. Combine with beef mixture.

Pour mixture into pastry shell and sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese over top. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, for about 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into wedges. Serves 6.
