RIPE TOMATO RELISH 
1 gal. cut up tomatoes, ripe
1/2 stalk celery, cut in pieces
5 medium onions
5 bell peppers
2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 box pickling spice
1 hot pepper

Add all ingredients and cook until it thickens. Before sealing, add 2 teaspoons turmeric to cooked relish.
