RIPE TOMATO RELISH 
12 lg. or 24 sm. ripe tomatoes
6 chopped onions
1 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. allspice
3 c. vinegar

Mix and cook until thick (approximately 2 hours). Sterilize jars and fill with relish. Put on cap, screw band firmly tightly.
