CRAB CAKES 
1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tbsp. green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. grainy-style Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 lb. crabmeat, flaked
Lemon slices

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a cookie pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat and lemon slices. Fold in the crab. Shape into balls and flatten into cakes. Place on the pan and bake for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until crisp and golden. Serve hot with lemon slices.
