CHICKEN ROLLS WITH SAUCE 
Chicken breasts, boneless
Chopped parsley
Sliced Mozzarella
Sliced boiled ham
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. warm water
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Pound meat 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with parsley. Put cheese and ham on chicken; roll it all up and secure with a toothpick. Roll chicken in mayonnaise and water, then roll in bread crumbs. Cook on greased baking pan in a 425 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken stock
2/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. white dry wine
Salt and pepper

Melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute. Whisk in chicken stock and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thick, about 1 minute.
