PEACH COBBLER 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
About 1 1/2 lbs. fresh peaches or 1 lb. 14 oz. can peaches

Melt butter in pan and spread evenly over bottom of pan. Mix flour, sugar and milk together. Pour mixture over melted butter. Drop peaches on batter in pan. if using canned peaches, pour juice of peaches on top. Sprinkle with sugar. May also sift a little nutmeg over pie if desired. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 30-45 minutes.
