"SHRIMP BUTTER" 
1 1/2 sticks butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans (4 1/2 oz.) shrimp, drained and deveined)
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Let butter and cream cheese soften to room temperature. Blend with fork. Add drained shrimp and continue blending with fork. Add onion and blend again. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise and continue blending. make 24 hours before serving. Serve with party rye or crackers.
