SHRIMP BUTTER 
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 onion, chopped fine
1 (4 oz.) can small shrimp, drained and cut up

Mix softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add mayonnaise, lemon, onion and shrimp. Refrigerate an hour or so. Very tasty dip for crackers. Flavor can be altered by the amount of onion you use.
