SHRIMP BUTTER 
1 stick real butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. minced onion
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash salt, pepper & garlic salt
4 1/2 oz. can shrimp, drained
1/2 fresh lemon

Using a fork mix butter and cream cheese. (Do not use a blender.) Add onion and mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Crumble shrimp and add juice of lemons. Serve on crackers.
