MICROWAVE CRACKERJACKS 
1 lg. heavy grocery bag
3 qts. popped corn
3/4 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In covered 1 1/2-quart casserole mix butter, sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high 3 minutes (covered). Remove and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Microwave on high 40 seconds. Put popcorn in heavy grocery bag. Pour mixture over top and shake bag well.

Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes; shake well. Microwave again 1 1/2 minutes on high; shake well. Microwave 30 seconds on high. Spread on cookie sheets to cool. Store in air-tight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
