CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 lb. soda crackers
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper

Buy meat already tenderized or tenderize it at home. Cut into serving pieces. Beat eggs with fork and add milk. Pour over steak.

Crush crackers into crumbs and mix with flour, salt and lemon pepper. Remove steak from milk and pat flour mixture into both sides of steak with hands.

Put in frying pan and cook until meat is golden brown.
