OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 c. white flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. powdered milk
1 egg
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil

1. Combine dry ingredients. Blend well.

2. Mix in egg, water and oil. Stir until blended. Do not overmix. If too thick, add a small amount of water.

3. Ladle mixture onto a hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles appear. Yield 10-12 pancakes.
