SWEET POTATO PUFFS 
4 lg. sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 c. pecans
Corn Flakes, slightly crushed
Large marshmallows

Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Add butter and whip until smooth. Add sugar and nuts and cream, form potatoes around marshmallows and roll in cornflakes. Place in dish and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
