BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
16 slices white bread (crusts removed) Arnolds or Pepperidge Farm
8 thin slices of ham (16 slices if very thin)
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper & Dash red pepper
1/4 c. mashed onion
1/2-1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. whole milk

Place 8 slices of bread flat in a 9 x 13 inch buttered baking dish. Top bread with ham, cheese and remaining bread. Combine other ingredients, pour over sandwiches and let stand overnight. Melt 1/4 pound butter. Pour over top. Cover with 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 8 servings.
